The below guidelines have been compiled to assist you with preparing your e-poster for the Fertility Africa Meeting 2020. E-posters will be on display for the duration of the meeting at the Protea Hotel by Marriott Breakwater Lodge.
Accompanying these guidelines are 2 e-poster templates that you are welcome to use whilst preparing your e-poster.

Guidelines:
• All accepted abstracts must be prepared as e-posters.
• E-posters should be prepared in Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007 onwards.
• Once you are in MS PowerPoint click on the Design tab. Under slide size select Custom Slide Size.
• Your e-poster should be portrait.
• The width should be set at 45cm and the height should be 80cm and should be no more than 1 slide.
• It is strongly recommended that you do not use a font size smaller than 20pt as this will be very difficult to read.
• E-posters must be prepared in advance and emailed to Kerry Firmani – Kerryf@turnersconferences.co.za
• Deadline for e-posters to be sent to Kerry is the 9 April 2020 so that the format can be checked.
• If adjustments are required you will be notified.
